The film centres on the honorary degree ceremony and does not depict any of the ceremony for the LL.B. graduates. The film shows the facade of Osgoode Hall, a luncheon in the Benchers' Dining Room, the procession into Convocation Hall, the honorary degree ceremony for Lieutenant-Governor Mackay, and a garden party on the west lawn of Osgoode Hall.
